They bring over twenty five years' experience working as a CEO, thought leader, project manager and acclaimed artistic director & concept creator of large-scale community celebrations locally, nationally and internationally.

Teaching Practice

Noeline teaches, mentors, and facilitates in communities, cultural organisations and third level institutions.

Noeline's teaching method involves a creative, critical, and practical pathway into understanding spectacle arts. Making large scale work across twenty-five years, they have refined their tool kit into five core disciplines that inform their practice. These are - narrative structure, performance, design, site and public participation.

Noeline has been an adjacent teacher with University of Galway Drama Theatre & Performance Studies, Dun Laoghaire Institute Of Art Design & Technology and Barrow in Furness College, England.

Noeline has guest facilitated at the Drama and Theatre arts department, University of Texas @ Austin, Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, San Marco University, San Antonio, IETM (International network for contemporary performing arts).

Noeline has been Artist in residence with Fatima Mansions, Dublin, Rialto Community Drug Team and Tallaght Community Arts centre. Noeline was the Artistic Director Of Carlow Youth Theatre and Macnas Young Ensemble (Ireland's first spectacle Youth Theatre).

Noeline is currently working as a consultant with the Arts Office in Longford and is a mentor to numerous artists working in spectacle and large scale events in Ireland , the UK and USA.
